The Romanian Journal of Labour and Social Studies (RJLSS) is a scholarly peer-reviewed journal in social sciences and economics published by National Research Institute of Labour and Social Protection of Bucharest, Romania (INCSMPS).
The objective in setting up this new open-access journal is to emphasize the Romanian social studies and critical theories in the field of labour market and social policy issues, but also international contributions on field research and theoretical studies in various branches of social sciences and economics.

The editors welcome submissions in English or French from all disciplines across the social sciences, humanities and related applied areas, including sociology, social care, economics, social policy, urban studies, and education.
RJLSS publishes original research articles, but also, special issues, commentaries and critical essays that focus on the study of new social, economic and political tendencies of contemporary society.
RJLSS is published one time a year. The editorial board and office are located at the National Research Institute of Labour and Social Protection of Bucharest, Romania.
